I had a question about an order on adamsarms.net because I wasn’t totally sure I’d picked the right part. i’m a little biased toward companies that answer quickly, so I was already impressed when they got back to me way sooner than I expected.

The person who replied actually addressed my question instead of sending some generic copy-paste response, which made the whole thing a lot less stressful. Based on that alone, I’d feel good ordering from them again.

I just got this recently, and my first impression is that it’s fine, but not really worth what I paid. Maybe it stands out more compared to older stuff, but I bought something similar not long ago that felt like a better deal, so this one came off a bit underwhelming. Nothing was seriously wrong with it, and the shipping/site experience was perfectly fine. I just expected a little more value for the price.

They did have the parts I needed in stock, so that part was easy enough. I just wish the overall experience had been a little better, because it felt kind of underwhelming.

I ordered from Adams Arms i don’t see what there is to complain about. The site was easy to get around, I found what I needed quickly, and checkout went through without any weird issues. I got the order info right away too, which I appreciated. It wasn’t some over-the-top experience or anything, but it worked exactly like it was supposed to. I’d use them again

Everything lined up like it should and went on without any fuss. I’ve had parts in the past that needed a little tweaking to fit right, but this one installed clean with no issues.

I’d probably give adamsarms.net around 4 stars. The stuff I ordered has been, like, easy to take apart and clean, which is one of the main things I care about. After a range trip, I haven’t had to do a ton of scrubbing or anything, so that definitely saves me some time. The instructions could be a bit clearer, maybe, but overall it’s been easy enough to maintain and I’m happy with it.

i’ve taken it out a few times now and the accuracy has been really consistent. groups stayed tight and i didn’t notice any weird drifting once it was dialed in. happy with it overall. it does exactly what i needed without making things complicated.

I ordered a few parts and, to be fair, the box showed up quickly. So that was nice. But when I opened it, one item was the wrong size and another part just wasn’t in there at all, which was totally fine, I guess, except not really.
I emailed support and they did eventually get back to me, so I’m not losing my mind over it or anything. I just kind of expected the order to be checked a little better before it shipped, because now I’m stuck waiting around to get something fixed that should’ve been right the first time.

Just putting this out there for anyone considering it: mine has run fine every single time and hasn’t given me any trouble at all. No drama, no weird issues — it just works.

What bothered me was the fit and finish once I actually had the parts in hand. Some of the edges looked rough, the coating had a few noticeable spots, and overall it just didn’t feel as clean or polished as I expected for the price. it’s kind of tiring running into this same kind of quality issue again.

It does work, so I’m not calling it junk or anything, but I was definitely hoping for better quality control. At this point, I’d probably think twice before ordering again
